Hostable Domain
|
 |
Allows to create
any kind of domains through any domain registration
company (unlike registration with OpenSRS, no
automation is provided while registration) and
transfer existing domains.
* Domain is an independent resource. It requires
neither of the domain resources included. |
| ? |
Domain Alias |
 |
Allows to create domain aliases.
Domain alias is an extra domain name that points
to a 'primary' domain. For example, the owner
of the domain example.com can register another
domain name such as example.net and have it point
to the location of example.com. This means that
every Internet user who goes to example.net will
land in example.com. |

A domain alias: |
 |
- points to the same IP as
the real domain;
- has a DNS zone of its own;
- has a mail service of its own;
- shares Web service with the primary domain;
- can't have subdomains;
- can't have aliases;
- can't be accessed through FTP.
* Domain alias is a platform dependent resource.
It requires either Domain, Third-level domain

 |
- has IP address (shared or
dedicated);
- can have Web and Mail services;
- can have its DNS zones;
- can be accessed through FTP;
- can have subdomains;
- can have aliases. * Third-level domain is
a platform independent resource. It requires
neither of the other domain resources included.
|
| ? |
Stopgap Domain |
 |
Allow your users to create
stopgap domains.
Stopgap domain allows your customers to use hosting
services without a real domain. What they create

The Trouble Tickets feature
is a means to provide communication between you
and the technical administrator. Virtually, every
form contains a link to the TT from where you
can report on your problem. The Trouble Ticket
form includes the Title field where you specify
the nature of your problem, the E-Mail field where
you enter your E-mail address. It is required
if you want to receive an email confirmation that
your trouble ticket was received by the technical
administrator. Check the disable e-mail confirmation
box if you don't want to receive the email confirmation
of your ticket answered. The form also contains
the field where you can describe your problem
in detail. |
